Combining donor profiles
ThriftTrac leverages “batch actions” to edit data groups, including the option to combine multiple profiles into one, be it for donors, partners, or customers.
As an administrator, you can combine (or merge) multiple donor records.
Go to People > Donors and set filters on the right side to view the appropriate donor records on the same screen. Select the checkboxes on the left next to the two or more records that need to be combined. At the top and left of the list, click on Batch Actions > Combine Selected. On the following screen, choose the donor record you wish to keep and select “Combine Records”.
Follow the same process to merge duplicate partner records by navigating to People > Partners.
